When you stop to consider the body with it’s Rube Goldberg-like machinery and intricate innerworkings that few fully understand, it’s a wonder that aren’t in awe of ourselves! Truly, no matter if you aren’t the size and shape you wish to be, or society has told you to be, the body is a marvel and each individual body deserves praise!

We have the great honor and responsibility to protect, care for and appreciate our bodies and minds. Our bodies need healthy food, proper hydration, quality sleep and daily exercise. And just as important, we must prioritize our mental and emotional health. But most of all, we need respect, patience and compassion for ourselves and each other.
